As a SE Portland native, Isaac has always wanted to start a business in his hometown community. Isaac has been working in the industry for the past 10 years and has managed this shop for 9 of those years. His dedication to both his co-workers and clientele is unmatched. He prides himself on exceptional customer service and the building of relationships with the community in which he serves. Isaac Mathers
Ashley specializes in fades and short haircuts with over 10 years of experience in the industry. With her attention to detail and easy-going personality, Ashley makes sure you leave her chair looking and feeling good! If you have an extra dog laying she would be the first to take it off your hands.
Ashley Schneider
Ryan has competed nationally in multiple hair competitions and worked behind the scenes styling hair for local fashion shows. Having barbershop and salon experience Ryan is well versed in many styles and now ventures into being a co-owner of Hometown Hair Lounge alongside Isaac. He’s super easy to talk to and loves to nerd out about video games, movies, and music.
Ryan Dixon
Hannah has a love for all types of hair, especially funky styles. Whether it’s an all-over scissor cut or a blurry fade, she’ll hook it up right. Come have a whiskey and get a haircut detailed to your head shape.

Hannah Kacere
Mason Case
Mason Case has been cutting hair in Portland since 2017. After leaving barbering due to the shut down in 2020 and pursuing other careers thereafter. He’s found his way back to barbering and is excited to join the team at Hometown hair lounge.
If it’s a longer textured, more lived-in look that you’re after… Mason’s your guy.
He’s in authority with his shears & razor and knows his way around the clipper.

Cindy hails from Michigan and brings over 12 years of experience in the industry. She loves working with different hair textures and haircutting in all forms- from razor to precision cuts or clipper & fades- and educating clients on how to work with their hair to fit their daily maintenance. When she’s not in the shop, she loves to draw, listen to records, watch movies and hang with her partner & pitty.
